Terms & Conditions:

Purchasing :

  • Customers can buy any product from the album, live, or be given a post as per the availability of a product. Only Inbox is preferred to place an order.
  • Cancellation of any confirmed order is not Expected and Accepted, if any cancellation occurs from the customer’s end without any notification/discussion will be treated as fraudulent activity.

Delivery:

  • Delivery is done through 3rd party, they are solely responsible for the delivery process.
  • Customers can request for change of delivery time & date while the delivery office contacts them.
  • Customers are requested to pay the exact amount mentioned in the voucher.

Payment:

  • Customers can pay through Bkash, Cash on Delivery, and bank account.
  • Advance 500 takas have to be paid in advance in case of delivery outside Dhaka.
  • Late payment will result in order cancellation and Ban from Page.

Return of a Product:

  • There is no return policy unless the product is found defective/damaged after delivery or we miss the delivery deadline.
  • For any defective dress we have an exchange, return, and refund policy and for that client has to notify us through the page inbox to solve the issue.

Fraudulent activity:

  • If any product is Not Received while delivered after confirmation in the page inbox.
  • Returned from customer end without any notification/discussion whether the product is found all right
  • Returned from courier office for not receiving phone calls.
  • If any of the above are found in any clients, the page has the right to expose the customer Profile with conversation detail as a learning for others and Ban the ID From the page if needed.
