Signature Collection partners with trusted Courier Services to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and safely to your doorstep.
Once your order is shipped, we provide you with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.
• Customers can request a change of delivery time & date while the delivery office contacts them.
• Customers are requested to pay the exact amount mentioned on the voucher.
• Customers can pay through Bkash, Cash on Delivery, and bank account.
• Advance 500 taka has to be paid in advance in case of delivery outside of Dhaka city.
• Late payment will result in order cancellation and Ban from Page.
Delivery Process:
- There will be cash-on delivery Inside Dhaka city, delivery charge – 80 taka.
Note: Delivery charge in some areas of Dhaka- 100 taka. (Delivery Time- 48 Hours)
- If you want to take home delivery through Pathao Courier, you have to advance Tk 500, the delivery charge is Tk 120. (Delivery time- 3 to 5 days)
- If you want to take it through Sundarban Courier, you have to pay the full bill in advance, the delivery charge is Tk. 150. (Delivery Time- 3 Days)
- If you want to take home delivery through SA Paribahan, you have to advance Tk 500, the delivery charge is Tk 200. (Delivery time- 3 days)
- We Deliver Outside Of Bangladesh by DHL, FEDEX and GPO Courier to your location. You have to take a minimum of 5 kg, Per kg 3500 tk. It will depend on the dress’s weight. You have to pay in advance for the dress. We will provide you with bank details or personal bkash.
Return and Exchange:
• There is no return policy unless the product is found defective/damaged after delivery or we miss the delivery deadline.
• For any defective dress we have an exchange, return, and refund policy and for that customer has to notify us As soon as possible through our Facebook page or our hotline numbers to solve the issue.
Our online team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. You may be asked to fill out a return form and include it with the returned item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Fraudulent activity:
• If any product is Not Received while delivered after confirmation.
• Returned from customer end without any notification/discussion whether the product is found all right
• Returned from the courier office for not receiving phone calls.
• If any of the above are found in any clients, the page has the right to expose the customer Profile with conversation detail as learning for others and Ban the ID From the page if need
